I can’t connect my Smart Vent and the LED stopped blinking. What now?
Your Smart Vent may have joined your Smart Bridge before we were able to display it in the app. To solve this do the following:
- Unplug your Smart Bridge.
- Press the button at the back of your Smart Vent five time rapidly to get it double blinking green again.
- Once you have verified that your Smart Vent is double blinking green, remove the battery cartridge.
- Plug your Smart Bridge back in and power it on.
- Tap “Add Smart Vent.”
- As soon the app starts searching for a Smart Vent, put the battery cartridge back into the Smart Vent to power it on.
