If you are the original end-user or purchaser of Keen Home products and you are not satisfied with them for any reason, you may return them in their original condition within sixty (60) days of the original purchase for a full refund. Only items that have been purchased directly from Keen Home’s website can be returned to Keen Home.
Devices must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund. To initiate the return process, please complete our RMA request form.
Keen Home will cover the costs of shipping the returned items as well as their replacements if the devices being returned:
- Are faulty
- Were sent in error
If a Keen Home customer wants to exchange their Smart Vents for a different size or no longer wants their devices, they will be responsible for generating their own shipping labels and paying any shipping fees. Keen Home will cover the cost of shipping any replacement(s).
Keen Home products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
