The temperature limit looks like it should have closed the vent, but it is open (or vice versa)

This is likely due to one or two things:

• Your HVAC system is off. Smart Vents do not move when your home is not being actively heated or cooled.
• You have a schedule set that has triggered your vents to be opened or closed.

Check the state of your HVAC system and double check you don’t have any schedules set for those vents. That should solve the problem.
