What does “Smart Bridge Disconnected” mean?

If you see a red banner at the top of your screen that says “Smart Bridge Disconnected,” it means one of three things:

• Your Smart Bridge is currently unplugged from power.
• Your Smart Bridge is currently disconnected from your router.
• There is another error that caused your Smart Bridge to lose its connection with the internet.

If your Smart Bridge is plugged into power and connected to the internet but you still see the error message, unplug it, wait two minutes, and then plug it back in. Once your Smart Bridge is powered back on, the message should disappear.
